Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship
As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils and teachers in the classroom and through the delivery of interventions. You’ll develop the skills and confidence to help children thrive in their learning and personal development. This is a fantastic stepping stone into a career in education.
Supporting pupils during lessons and activities Delivering key interventions within a key phase Assisting teachers with the delivery of classroom materials Providing 1:1 or group support to pupils who need extra help Developing classroom management and behaviour strategies Helping to plan sessions with clear learning objectives Promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Attending professional development sessions to enable you to grow and develop as a Teaching AssistantTraining:
Teaching Assistant Level 3 20% off the job training Tutor support via online platform 'BUD'
Training Outcome:
Permanant role considered on completion of the apprenticeship.
Level 5 Teaching Assistant course available.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - Term time only 8:00am - 4:00pm (35 hours/week)
