Level 2 Roofing Apprentice

First Fixing Work: Installing timber frames, linings, coverings, flat roof decking, straight flights of stairs, and timber stud partitions. You'll also install handrails and spindles on stairs.
Technical Skills: Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications from various formats, including electronic devices and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Roof Construction: Erecting trussed rafter roofs and constructing gables, verges, and eaves. Floor Installation: Installing floor joists and coverings.
Partition Work: Carrying out timber stud partition work.

Training:

The training of this course will take place on-site, and then you will be required to attend college 2 consecutive days every 2 weeks. 

Training Outcome:

Potential full time employment.
