Production Operative Apprentice

Join our Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship and get hands-on making wire rope assemblies! You will cut ropes to size, operate machines and presses, maintain tools, follow safety procedures, and work with the team to hit targets. Document your work and help keep production running smoothly.

Level 2 Diploma in manufacturing - Knowledge & Skills (workplace) Level 1 Functional Skills - Maths (If required) Level 1 Functional Skills - English (If required) End Point Assessment at the end of the apprenticeship
