PE & School Sport Apprentice

As a PE Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering PE lessons and engaging inactive young people.

Your role includes:

Assisting with extra-curricular clubs, active break times, and lunchtimes You will also deliver small group or one-to-one interventions using physical activity to improve behaviour, attendance, and handwriting

Administrative tasks include:

Arranging participation in sports competitions and festivals You will be responsible for sports equipment, display boards, and promoting physical activities within the school

Additionally, you will support young leaders and sports ambassadors in their roles.

Training:
Community Sport and Health Officer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Training Outcome:
Full time role
