Apprentice ICT Support Technician
Your duties will include:
Answering 1st line support calls by telephone, you must be clear and articulate Monitoring of Customer systems and Cloud based Services IT recycling – Hands on disassembly of IT equipment ready for recycling New Computer systems build and preparation IT workshop repairsTraining:
Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Training will be delivered both in College and in the workplace
Training Outcome:
Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship

A local IT support company, with an established customer base, supporting local businesses. Computer repair workshop facilities, IT recycling, Computer sales and Installation.

Monday - Friday (Hours to be confirmed)
