Engineering Apprentice

Working within a diverse Engineering team responsible for the design and validation of new products and supporting existing product portfolio

The successful candidate will be required to support the Engineering team with a wide range of tasks required. The candidate will be involved in the entire project lifecycle from concept to launch, having the opportunity to be involved in all disciplines of the design.

The main duties will be:

Testing & Verification of products Sample assembly and Verification Support Design team in daily tasks 3D printing, Testing, soldering, Fault finding 5S+1, Continuous Improvement Projects

Training:
The apprentice will be working towards the Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Standard Qualifications include: Level 4 HNC in Engineering or Manufacturing - Electrical pathway. College attendance will be at the Colchester Institute - Colchester Campus one day per week during term time

The manufacturing, engineering, PM & back office are based in Witham, Essex. We have two modification centres based in Fuquay Varina in US and one just outside of Sidney in Australia.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 7:55am - 4:35pm. Fridays 7:55am - 1:15pm. Lunch break each day at 12:30pm - 1:15pm.
