Technical Apprentice

Supporting the preparation of key technical information in order to support the Regional land team with the land bids Providing general support to the wider regional teams, including Commercial, Sales and Construction on all Technical matters Assisting in the production of key status reports and providing updates to the Technical Director on all KPIs relating to the engineering and design functions Assisting the team with gathering information in relation to external suppliers and agencies Supporting the wider Technical team in the preparation of relevant legal documentation for each development or phase of development Supporting the team with section agreements, ensuring they are approved and submitted in a timely manner Document management ·Participating in key team meetings in relation to site development under the guidance of the regional Technical team Assisting the Technical/Planning teams in order to support regional Planning applications Ensuring that all information relating to the Technical team is of a high quality in order to minimise risk and facilitate efficient site starts
