Supporting the Quantity Surveying team through various stages of a project, from pre-contract to completion, focusing on cost control, valuation, and financial reporting Developing a strong understanding of Quantity Surveying principles, practices, and procedures through on-the-job learning and training Supporting the preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including accurate data entry and analysis as required Assisting with basic quantity take-offs and measurement tasks to support cost planning and estimating Contributing to the accurate costing for various aspects of the project Reviewing drawings and assisting with the issuing of drawings and records to the Subcontractors Contributing to identifying cost savings and assist with cost control during a project Assisting with preparation of tenders and support with the procurement of sub-contractors Processing Subcontract orders, payments and variations, using Excel and Group payment system (COINS) Supporting the evaluation and agreement of variations and instructions for smaller trade packages
