IT Apprenticeship
Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and remote tools like ISL
Managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and configuring MFA in Microsoft 365
Installing, updating, and troubleshooting software on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
Monitoring systems using tools like N-Able and NinjaOne and ensuring SLAs are met
Setting up and maintaining hardware including networks, VoIP systems, and end-user devices
Conducting regular patching and software updates using Intune and Jamf School
Supporting LAN, VPN, and broadband setups, and working with devices from Unifi, TP-Link Omada, and Draytek
Writing and using PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and support system configurations
Documenting tasks and updates in the ticketing system and communicating progress via Teams and 3CX
