Media Admin Support Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and the client Handle scheduling, document preparation, and client communication Assist with social media scheduling across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Organise and maintain digital files, reports, and client records Support marketing activities such as uploading blog posts, drafting captions, or formatting visuals (basic level) Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and meeting bookings Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all client-facing documents

Training:

20% of the working hours will be spent on apprenticeship training.

Monthly face-to-face meeting with your skills coach.

Full support given throughout the apprenticeship.



Training Outcome:

A full-time role after the apprenticeship.
