Quantity Surveying Degree Apprenticeship

The successful candidate will be based in our Coleshill office and will follow a structured training programme.

Training will be provided in measurement, cost planning, cost management, contract administration and project management.

Training:

In partnership with Birmingham City University, the successful candidate will undertake a five-year degree apprenticeship, attending the Birmingham campus on a day release basis studying a part time Chartered Surveying BSc (Hons) degree.

Training Outcome:

Once qualified the successful candidate will have an exciting career ahead of them with HCT Construction Consultants and will be encouraged to sit the APC and become a member of the RICS.

HCT Construction Consultants are a Chartered Surveying practice specialising in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration and Employers Agent services.

Working Hours :
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with one hour lunch break
