Troubleshooting PC problems
Troubleshooting Internet/Network problems
Troubleshooting Telephone (mobile and fixed) problems
Troubleshooting other IT-related equipment (printers/scanners etc.)
Assist with reports to identify trends and prevent future issues
Training:
Information Communication Technician Level 3
Day release one day per week at Middlesbrough College
Training Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm May change to a shift pattern, alternating between 7:30am to 4pm and 9:30am to 6pm
