Process Engineer Apprenticeship

Work with the NPI department to ensure new products are introduced efficiently into production Ensure optimal equipment performance Attend APQP, FMEA, project update meetings as required  Adopt an error-proofing methodology Adopt lean methodologies  Optimise productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures  Implement training and development programmes for employees New equipment installation Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery Liaise proactively and effectively with internal departments, external organisations and stakeholders to ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered Develop solutions with best practice in mind  Deliver progress reports, proposals, and other required documentation to various departments and stakeholders Managing contractors Develop and implement an approach to systems and business change management Work within budget to ensure projects are appropriately costed, ensuring value for money and that efficiency savings can be realised Ensure any improvements and cost savings are highlighted and recorded  Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies & procedures and guidelines Preparing documents and progress for Engineering Master tracker

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity to become a Process Engineer in the engineering team.

Working Hours :
7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 12 midday on Friday.
