Recruiter Apprentice Required
Duties will include:
Source candidates through various channels Conduct initial candidate screenings Assist in matching candidates to positions Manage candidate database and records Coordinate interview schedules Support administrative tasks Ensure compliance with policies and laws Foster candidate engagement and communication Contribute to team collaboration and learning Manage end-to-end recruitment process Maintain confidentiality and professionalismTraining:
Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.
Training Outcome:
Long term career development available on successful completion of this apprenticeship
