Trainee Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship

Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms Build strong relationships with candidates and clients Match candidate skills and experience to client job requirements Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to job offer Support clients with recruitment needs and provide market insight

Training:
Recruiter Level 3 Six hours will be pre-allocated each week to complete your coursework Each month, you will meet in person with your dedicated skills coach at the workplace for all help, support, and guidance on the apprenticeship

Training Outcome:

Progression into full-time recruitment consultant after successful completion of apprenticeship.
