Grow and nurture our online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our channels remain fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with the wider team for campaign ideas, promotions, and brand consistency.
Manage and grow our brand hashtags and online reputation.
