TA3 APPRENTICE

To work in Reception class and support the class teacher with delivering learning This includes academic work alongside social, emotional and behaviour support  This may be 1-1 with children or in small groups The apprentice will liaise with parents when needed and colleagues on a regular basis The apprentice will support in the classroom, the dinner hall and outside

Training:

Training will be given for all aspects of the role. This will include safeguarding, prevent and may include first aid. Some training will be given by shadowing existing members of staff and attending training sessions. As part of the training programme there will be weekly new learning that takes place. 



Training Outcome:

To be a qualified TA3 and to be able to apply for TA3 roles.
