Answering telephone calls, helping where possible and transferring calls internally
Manning front reception and greeting visitors
Scanning and photocopying
Setting up inductions
Data inputting
Collating and recording data
Supporting the team with clerical support needs
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Functional Skills in English and Maths. If required, sessions will be delivered online in 1-hour weekly sessions

Monday - Friday, between 8.00am - 5.00pm.
