Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £31,500 per annum pro rata + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full time (37 hours) or Part time (22.2 hours)
Our client, a network of independent charities is seeking an experienced Debt Group Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
? Establish, grow, and lead a "Debt Group" comprising paid staff and volunteers.
? Monitor, meet, and plan capacity and demand for paid and volunteer recruitment, as well as team training.
? Ensure compliance with legal debt remedies and the requirements of the MAS (Money and Pensions Service) debt advice quality framework.
? Manage projects with key performance indicators, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
? Utilise strong communication skills to influence multiple levels within the organisation.
? Analyse data to identify trends, procedural efficiencies, and skills gaps.
Requirements:
? At least 3 years of experience in a paid capacity in a Debt Advice role and/or Project Management role in the field of formal Debt Advice.
? Experience and knowledge of legal debt remedies.
? Familiarity with the requirements of the MAS debt advice quality framework.
? Experience working on projects with key performance indicators.
? Analytical skills, able to interpret data to identify trends, procedural efficiencies, and skills gaps.
Desirable:
? Proficiency in using Google Workspace/Cloud platforms.
This is a permanent contract offering full-time (37 hours per week) or part-time (22.2 hours per week) options.
The hybrid work arrangement provides flexibility between office and remote work.
