An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Conveyancing team.

You will be providing excellent client care and managing residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities:

? Independently manage and control client files.
? Progress client matters efficiently and cost-effectively.
? Handle all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and plot sales, including title identification, searches, and post-completion tasks.
? Ensure deadlines and client expectations are met while maintaining quality standards.
? Adhere to money laundering guidelines and SRA Code of Conduct.
? Deliver outstanding client care and customer service.


Requirements:

? Previous experience working as a Fee Earner or in a similar role.
? Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing.
? Excellent client care and service skills.
