Service Charge Administrator
Service Charge Administrator – Bromley, BR1 - £25,000 to £30,000 D.O.E My client is a London based managing agents who specialise in reducing leaseholders' service charge bills.
They provide full block management services for residential premises, and only act for residents owned management companies.
They provide all management services and responsibilities, including service charge invoicing, accounting, awarding of contracts for cleaning/gardening and major works project management.They’re on the search for a Service Charge Administrator to join their team based in Bromley, BR1.
As a service charge Administrator you will be responsible for:
Billing service charges for new budgets, quarterly and half yearly
Billing ground rents and reviewing increases in line with the lease
Billing year end balancing charges
Reviewing service charge accounts for small/medium sites
Signing off service charge accounts
Responding to queries from PM’s, Directors, and Leaseholders regarding service charge
Assisting in preparing sites for the year end billing and accounting procedures
Helping property managers with budgets for small/medium sites
Producing forecasts with property managers for small/medium sites
You must have the following skills
The ability to understand or desire to learn to understand leases, service charge
budgeting and associated legislation (we will support you with training on this)
Excellent organisational skills
Willing to study towards IRPM qualification.
Property management experience preferred.
Salary & Key Benefits
£25,000 - £30,000 DOE
