 The Role: Working in a busy local remand prison you will work with the Integrated Substance Misuse Team (ISMT) to provide comprehensive administrative support.

The ISMT delivers psychosocial and clinical interventions, as well as accredited treatment programs for offenders with drug or alcohol problems transitioning into and out of prison.

 You will be responsible for contributing and monitoring targets set by Forward Trust, NHS commissioning team and NDTMS.

You will also ensure the smooth administration of the service, with day-to-day duties including secretarial duties, data entry collection and monitoring systems. Key Responsibilities – Administrator:
Monitoring and accurately recording daily movements of clinical clients, including new admissions, releases, and transfers.Booking and recording various reviews on SystmOne & Nebula, such as 5-day, 9-day, 28-day, and 13-week reviews.Adding new referrals to Nebula with relevant information, including release dates, sentence status, and allocated Keyworker details.Daily addition of assessments to the system.Ensuring prompt updates of releases and transfers from SystmOne and prison case management system (Nomis).Updating Naloxone training and kits distribution information on Nebula for relevant releases.Verifying clinical client information on SystmOne and reflecting changes in Nebula as needed, especially at month-end.Handling document scanning using SystmOne.Collaborating with the Clinical team for medication amendments and updating Nebula accordingly.Adding programs to Nebula.Addressing data discrepancies from the Data Manager in a timely manner.Archiving records for all releases.
 Person Specification – Administrator:
A minimum of nine months of proven experience in providing administrative support within a dynamic team, demonstrating the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Strong familiarity with working on data related to drug and alcohol treatment, including knowledge of NDTMS or similar frameworks.Proficiency and confidence in using systems such as SystmOne, Data Entry Tool (DET), DAMs, and C-Nomis or equivalent systems.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages or equivalent, supported by certification or practical experience.
