The Role of the Inside Sales Executive:
This role is ideal for an experienced Telesales / Inside Sales Executive who is looking to develop their sales career at a global company on the longer term.
Must be fluent in German or Dutch
Selling a range of Orthodontic Devices/Dental.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Inside Sales Executive's focus is in generating new business and qualifying leads.
The Inside Sales Executive will be contacting existing accounts and prospects within the database on a day-to-day basis to introduce and sell Orthodontics products and services and to maintain excellent relationships with their customers.
The candidate will also maintain accurate database records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and coordinate with several departments within the company to handle general customer enquiries relating to sales.
Benefits of the Inside Sales Executive:
£27k-£30k basic salary
Commission paid quarterly

25 days holidays + all UK bank holidays
The Ideal Person for the Inside Sales Executive:
Must be fluent in German or Dutch
Experience from Medical Devices / Medical Sales / Dental Sales / Orthodontic Sales is desirable.
However exceptional sales talent from other industries will be considered and full training is given.
Hands-on approach and team-player attitude.
High drive, self-motivation and integrity.
Excellent customer service skills.
A clear understanding of the sales process and how to manage every stage.
Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively multitask.
Driving license is beneficial, although not essential.
