Plumber

Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Plumber to work at HMP Stocken in Leicester for an initial 3-month contract.

The Plumber will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine maintenance, identifying life-expired equipment, fault finding, repairing, and making good faults and life-expired equipment, and ensuring completion of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme.Location: HMP StockenResponsibilities:

Ensuring completion of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme in line with specifications and Work Packages
Conducting routine and non-routine maintenance
Identifying life-expired equipment
Performing fault finding
Repairing and making good faults and life-expired equipment
Inspecting water sampling and risk assessment
Maintaining the main water supply
Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements
Minimising wastage and continually improving processes
Ensuring statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant

Experience/Qualifications Required:

Maximo maintenance system experience/similar package
Experience operating light plant machinery
Full Driving License
Gas Safe Registration
Appropriate Trade Qualification
Legionella Control (L8)
