Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a leading regional law firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team in Derby.

They are acknowledged as a top tier firm in the East Midlands with one of the leading Dispute Resolution teams in the region.
The team deal with a broad range of disputes for commercial and individual clients including business disputes, professional negligence, banking and finance litigation, property litigation and construction, contentious probate and inheritance disputes, as well as intellectual property litigation and insolvency.
The opportunity to work closely with 2 partners and an associate in addition to managing your own caseload which will include professional negligence and commercial litigation claims.
You will receive ongoing supervision and support to enable your career progression.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years PQE (approximate guide, our client is happy to consider those who fall outside of this PQE range but have the relevant knowledge/experience)
Strong client care skills
Experience in both professional negligence and commercial litigation.
Willingness to take part in business development by attending networking and marketing events.
