As Deputy you will directly support the Home Manager to lead teams and provide high quality care to children and young people that have trauma.

The Successful Candidate will receive:

£34,223 - £39,632 per annum

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Previous experience of Team leading within Children’s residential care
Have an excellent understanding of trauma informed care.
Have understanding of managing budgets.
Experience in multi-agency working.
Understanding of Ofsted, quality standards and regs 44,45
A full driving licence.
