Talent Development L&D Advisor
This role sits at the heart of Paradigms People team to provide strong learning and development support to the whole organisation, ensuring that we have the right skills at the right time to achieve our Corporate Plan objectives and ultimately our vision.
The role of Talent Development Advisor contributes in a hands-on way to the creation, delivery and embedding of the Learning & Development element of the People Strategy; acting as a 'Centre of Excellence' for the delivery of Learning & Development strategies, policies and processes.
This role will primarily focus on partnering with employees and line mangers to identify appropriate learning solutions for their needs, as well as getting involved with the scoping, design and delivery of bespoke learning offerings across the whole organisation.
As a high performing organisation with an excellent reputation and a strong focus on health and safety, a degree of the role will be focussed on ensuring that we remain complaint with all mandatory learning requirements.
Regular reporting, analysis and a desire to identify ways to help colleagues engage with compliance will be required.
This is a really involved, hands-on role involving the communication, delivery and evaluation of interventions and programmes across the organisation.
There is huge scope for personal development, getting involved with projects across the People team (and potentially wider!) as well as investing in professional development, qualifications or accreditations as desired.
