Residential Conveyancer

Well-regarded, Lancashire law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Bury office.
This firm have offices across Greater Manchester and Lancashire and a client base that spans the North West.

They can offer the successful Conveyancer a competitive salary for the area, a strong benefits package and hybrid homeworking.
Ideally you will be a Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner with at least three years’ experience managing your own varied caseload.

You will be well versed in matters to include Sales, Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Right to Buy and New Builds and will be able to work autonomously.
