At least 3 years of experience of high-volume, high-performance environmentsSomeone who can own all day-to-day operations and contribute continuously to develop operational effectivenessHas a strong knowledge of customer service and desire to learnBrings positive energy and provides an amazing leadershipWorks closely with their team to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for the guestsGreat beverage knowledge is ESSENTIALSomeone who can cope under pressureExperience with events would be beneficial
