The Client:

Our client, a well-established home care and supported living provider, offering tailored support to individuals with challenging behaviours.

With a dedicated team trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), they prioritise positive outcomes for service users.

The Role:

They are looking for a Deputy Manager to join their team and support the Registered Manager in creating a safe and caring environment for children aged 10-17 with autism and learning disabilities.

Your role involves working collaboratively, supervising staff, and liaising with professionals and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

? Support the staff team in providing a caring home environment
? Collaborate with professionals for service user development
? Model good practice and provide regular supervision
? Manage administrative tasks and liaise with Ofsted
? Represent the company professionally with external bodies


Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years experience in Senior Residential Childcare
? Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
? Driving license
