Property Litigation Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are recruiting for an experienced property litigation fee earner to join a leading defendant firm at their office in central Leeds.

The role would suit a property litigation fee earner with upwards of 3 years’ experience handling a caseload of property damage claims, candidates from a defendant personal injury litigation background will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

Supporting a lead fee earner on a caseload of property damage and personal injury claims.
Reviewing instructions and assessing the issues of coverage, liability and quantum.
Conducting investigations.
Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.
Working alongside counsel to prepare for trial.
Attendances at various meetings and conferences.


Requirements:

Upwards of 3 years’ property damage or defendant personal injury experience
Chartered Legal Executive or fee earner qualified by experience


What’s on offer:

Salary to £50,000 dependent on experience
