Salary: Up to £30k per annum + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (4 days), 7:15 AM - 6:15 PM

Our client is a charming nursery that prioritises childrens welfare, providing full support and leadership training for managers.

They are looking for a Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader to join their team and guide a small group of children, playing a crucial role in their early development.

Responsibilities:

? Providing support and training less experienced colleagues.
? Serve as a key person, nurturing a chosen age group.
? Contribute to their child-led approach.
? Collaborate with like-minded professionals.
? Encourage childrens development through engaging activities.
? Foster a caring and enriching atmosphere for childrens growth.


Requirements:

? Previous experience working as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader, or similar roles.
? Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
? Passion for child development.
? Desire to contribute to a child-centered environment.
