The Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator
Processing customer related errors, including but not limited to:- faulty/wrong product - courier issues such as late & lost deliveries- sales order issues including over-charges & wrong quantity etc.Processing of customer complaints and the implementation of corrective and preventive measuresCustomer Credit AdministrationSupplying customers with POD’s as requestedData gathering and recording Faulty product returns to vendorsAwareness of Custom Changes & requirements for non-UK Shipments and ReturnsBackup for other personnel in the departmentAny other ad-hoc duties
