Contract Manager - Hard Services

I have partnered up with a forward-thinking, high-performing service provider who are seeking a talented Contract Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations at a busy, technically complex site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves managing people, solving problems, and making buildings work better.

What we're looking for:

A recognised qualification in electrical or mechanical services City and Guilds or EquivalentYou’ve managed engineering teams and know how to get the best from your peopleFamiliar with Health & Safety legislation, ideally NEBOSH or IOSH certified Able to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors alike

What you’ll be responsible for:

Leading a skilled engineering team while ensuring high standards and accountabilityActing as a key contact for the client, providing updates and insights, and resolving any operational issuesTracking spend, forecasting, and presenting progress reports and improvement strategiesEnsuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contract KPIs and SLAs
