Disabled Children Senior Social Worker

A Local Authority is looking for a Senior Social Worker for their Disabled Children’s team in Northamptonshire.

This position is a full-time and permanent.

The ideal Social Workers will have significant experience of working with Children with Disabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Senior Social Worker:

Managing a complex and diverse caseload
Mentor Social Workers
Collaboration with multiple teams
Reporting to the Team Manager


Requirements for you as the Senior Social Worker:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
Registered with Social Work England
Significant experience of working with Children with Disabilities
An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care


Location: Northamptonshire
Salary Scale: £41,103 + £43,051 benefits
