We’re seeking a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with elderly individuals and assisting them with their daily living activities.

Candidates must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing high quality care and support.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Duties for this role will include:
To provide leadership to the care staff within St JohnsTo provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the ManagerTo supervise the care services within St Johns House in accordance with agreed standardsTo maintain skills at current level and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain practices as up to date
