Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hrs per week

Our client, a regulated home care agency is seeking a proactive Business Growth Coordinator to join their team.

Youll oversee seamless service operations and contribute to expanding the client base.

Collaborate with the office team to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning and client-focused growth.

Responsibilities:

? Ensure high-quality, personalised care delivery.
? Supervise and manage schedules for comprehensive coverage.
? Cultivate relationships with community entities and stakeholders.
? Monitor and maintain support packages, taking corrective actions when needed.
? Champion clients well-being, preferences, and choices.
? Support efficient service operations and staff supervision.
? Safeguard individuals welfare through promotion and vigilance.
? Uphold health and safety standards.


Requirements:

? Previous experience working in a similar role
? RQF Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social or working towards it.
? Experienced with CRM systems.
? Expertise in scheduling, coordinating, and rota planning in care.
? Computer literacy and a valid driving licence.
