We are working with a leading Bodyshop Group in York who looking to add a driven Customer Service Centre Advisor for their Call Centre paying £24,000.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Access to healthcare and perkbox
As a Customer Service Centre Advisor you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible for taking calls off of clients looking to book the car in, courtesy car diary control, recovery drivers diary, and customer callbacks
- These tasks require excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to non
- As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills
Minimum requirements for the Customer Service Centre Advisor role:
- Ideally have previously worked in/or is currently working within a similar role within or within the Motor Trade.
