Corporate Solicitor

Multi-service, dedicated law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Stoke offices.
Our client is a reputable, local legal practise that provides their employees with a supportive, close-knit work culture, excellent development opportunities and flexible working.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be working on a caseload of acquisitions and disposals, contract drafting, management Buy In or Buy Out, Trademark matters and data protection.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified or experienced Solicitor to gain exposure to a mixture of high-quality work.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within Corporate law and can display excellent organisational, client care and communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for all they do.
