Our client, a prominent figure in the early years education sector, is currently seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

You are committed to delivering exceptional education and childcare experiences for children under their care.

Responsibilities:

? Delivering superior care and education to all children at the facility.
? Upholding high standards in nursery practices, environment, and resources in line with Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines.
? Ensuring accurate planning and assessment for key children.
? Fulfilling the role of a key person as defined in the policy.
? Supervising and conducting activities while providing constant support to children.
? Fostering equal access and opportunities for children, parents, staff, and visitors.
? Safeguarding the well-being of all children.
? Cultivating positive and professional relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
? Adhering to health and safety protocols and contributing to the overall cleanliness and safety of the nursery.
? Collaborating as a team member to uphold the companys values.


Requirements:

? Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
? A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification that is full and relevant.
? Paediatric First Aid certification.
? Fundamental understanding of Basic Safeguarding principles.
? Profound working proficiency with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
? Thorough familiarity with the prevailing Early Years Inspection Framework.
