The head chef role will require you do run all sections, help train junior staff and assist the f&b manager in weekly food reporting.

They offer lots of training so a great place to learn for an ambitions head chef.All the ingredients are fresh and the menu is seasonal and American inspired.

We are looking for a head chef who can create seasonal dishes, manage a small team and work well with a new project.This would suit a head chef with a stable background, knowledge of seasonal food.

Pub, restaurant, or brunch experience would be a plus.
