Child Care Fee Earner

A well-established firm with offices across the East Midlands has an opening for an experienced Family Chartered Legal Executive to join the team in Newark.

Having been established in the region for over a century, the firm has a strong client base with much of the work coming through referrals and word of mouth.
As a Family Fee Earner, you will be working on a range of matters including:

Advise and represent the firms clients in areas of Children Law (primarily Private Law)
Undertake legal aid applications.
Conducting advocacy in and out of court
Manage members of the Children Department -to include: -File reviews -1-2-1s -Appraisals
Managing files using the Proclaim Case Management System
Assisting other members of the Children Department
Networking and creating and maintaining professional relationships.

Our client is looking for a Family Fee Earner with the following attributes:
- Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience dealing with Family matters
- Experience handling the full range of matters
- Strong focus on client care
