An internal promotion has created a great new opportunity for a Senior Research Consultant to join their research & product team on a permanent basis.
The primary focus of this business critical and high visibility role will be to conduct product research, analysis, reporting and then presenting the findings to the relevant internal departments.
Supporting all aspects of customer focussed product research and analysis which will include collaboration with internal departments such as Product, distribution, marketing and technology.
Maintaining and supporting very strong relationships with external (research houses,) and internal stakeholders.
Conducting extensive competitor research and presenting detailed reports to senior management.
Creating research articles
Playing a key role with internal training focussed on the products to support the distribution team.
Leading the initiatives for research and product development.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Degree Qualifications in a business-related field or similar field.
Strong experience in research, investment, product, actuarial or analysis roles within the Financial Services industry (Insurance experience highly regarded)
Should have strong drive to deliver and lead initiatives.
Should be a self-starter with solid commercial experience.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Financial Services or Insurance domain experience.
