Location: Central London, Hybrid Role

Salary £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits

The Role:

Our client a leading foreign bank is recruiting for an Outsourcing & Vendor Manager, this role will be responsible for the management, facilitation, and oversight of the on-boarding & off-boarding of 3rd party Vendors and Outsourced Suppliers and maintain relationships with them; To manage the interaction between Vendors and Outsourced Suppliers and Internal Relationship Owners and Supplier Managers.

Responsibilities:

? Ownership of the Outsourcing & vendor management policies and framework documents.
? Ownership of the enterprise-wide list of suppliers and vendors, with effective controls, governance, and oversight of vendors.
? Oversee the external 3rd party vendor/Outsourced supplier relations.
? Ensure that the enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment, and continuing 3rd vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
? Manage and coordinate 3rd Party vendor and Outsourced supplier processes and methods to renew/approve new relationships (On-boarding / off-boarding)
? Coordinate, track, measure, and report 3rd Party Vendors and Suppliers to contractual obligations and costs.
? Oversee (renewal /expiry dates) all contractual agreements for vendors and suppliers.
? Identify commercial sourcing opportunities and support the tendering process to ensure the quality of service and value for money.
? Ensure that Vendor management policies & processes are matured & integrated into existing and new systems and processes and that the VM capability and awareness is continuously improved.


Key Skills:

? Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles within Banking & Financial Services Operations.
? Ability to understand front-to-back processes and operational controls and procedures.
? High computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
