We’re partnering exclusively with an acclaimed restaurant group to recruit an Executive Head Chef for their new Japanese Izakaya flagship restaurant. This is a rare opportunity to build a kitchen from scratch, with full creative control and a premium offering.

The Concept:

Open-fire cooking, bold flavours, and elegant presentation70 covers + PDR, lunch and dinner onlyMenu focus: Sushi/Sashimi, Tempura, GrillBusy lunch and services up to 150 covers

The Ideal Chef:

Proven experience in high-end Japanese kitchens Strong leadership – ability to hire and train a team of 15 chefsPassion for open-fire cooking and precision in sushi/sashimiMonday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
