Head Chef - Gastro Pub

Are you a Sous Chef ready to take the next step, or an experienced Head Chef looking for a new challenge? We’re recruiting a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a great new gastro pub opening soon in North-West London! The Head Chef will have shared creative freedom to shape a menu that celebrates modern British cuisine and fresh, hand-crafted pizzas, all in a welcoming, lovely setting. The Gastro Pub is part of a small collection of venues in London, which a super supportive team who are here to back your ideas! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to build their own team, influence the food offering from day one.

Head Chef requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, nutritious food.Good understanding of food safety and health regulations and team management.
