Salary: Competitive basic salary + £60,000 OTE + Excellent Benefits

An agricultural machinery dealership with a global presence is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.


? Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
? Present premium products and services to prospective customers, offering tailored solutions.
? Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to achieve individual and group sales targets.
? Maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance revenue.
? Provide regular sales reports to the line-manager.


? Previous experience in a similar role.
? Strong influencing skills, adept at converting enquiries into sales.
? Excellent customer relationship management skills to foster long-lasting partnerships.
? Demonstrated focus, drive, energy, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
? Professional, personable, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
