Static Maintenance Electrician

Static Maintenance Electrician - Glasgow area - Facilities provider - Circa 35K plus excellent benefits including 33 days holiday and 10% pension A new opportunity to join an established maintenance team on a static basis to provide electrical maintenance within this commercial building.  This opportunity will see you joining a great existing team.   Hours of work: Monday- Friday 7am -4pm and one in four weekends (days back following week)  Duties & Responsibilities: Electrical bias based on site to carry out PPM repairs of electrical and mechanical site equipment. Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)Emergency lighting testsControl panels PAT testingChanging BallastClose PPM on systems and keep updated Maintain site records accurately Adhere to health and safety To be considered: City & Guilds NVQ - Building Services Maintenance / Electrical Installation or equivalent18th edition Salary and benefits: Salary circa 35KHolidays 33 days (including bank holidays)Pension 10% contributed
