CBW has an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical/mechanical engineer to join an established FM company on a permanent basis.

This is covering a static site in the Preston area, with previous commercial experience being essential.

You will be carrying out PPM/reactive work, AHU/FCU filter changes and general FM duties across the building.

In exchange you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 and 24 days plus bank.
