XP Recruitment are a unique recruitment business, built around, strong ethics, teamwork, collaboration and providing a high-quality recruitment service, all of which is backed up by great technology and a growing investment in an online presence.We have two very separate but equally successful divisions, covering Healthcare and Logistics and work within the temp and perm sectors, both locally and UK wide, from our offices in Northamptonshire & London.Due to sustained growth this year, we are seeking to add another Industrial Recruitment Consultant to our team.

Working alongside an experienced Manager and supported by highly skilled and commercially adept owners, you will be responsible for the management and further development of an existing and busy industrial division.We offer:-       An excellent basic salary-       10% uncapped commission-       25 days holiday (after probation)-       Free On-Site Parking-       Positive working environment-       First class managerial supportWe would love you to be:-       A successful Industrial Consultant with some recent experience within the sector-       Able to build strong positive relationships with both clients and temps alike.-       A proactive Consultant who is willing and committed to pick the phone up to potential clients and to attend visits accordingly.-       Motivated to earn levels of commission which would increase earnings by at least £15k pa.
